• Have a valid eBay seller account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

eBay Integration and Authorization

By using our Service, you:

• Authorize us to access your eBay account through official eBay APIs
• Acknowledge that we will perform actions on your behalf as configured in your automation settings
• Remain responsible for compliance with eBay’s terms of service and policies
• Understand that any violations of eBay’s terms may result in restrictions to your eBay account

Subscription and Payments

Free Trial

• New users may access a 14-day free trial
• No payment information required during trial period
• Trial automatically expires unless you subscribe

Paid Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Service continues until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate eBay’s terms of service or any applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Resell or redistribute our Service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Compatibility with all eBay features or future changes
• Protection against eBay API limitations or restrictions

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not responsible for:

• eBay policy changes or account restrictions
• Loss of sales or business opportunities
• Data loss due to technical issues or user error
• Third-party service interruptions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of eBay’s terms of service
• Any content or data you provide

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to any conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Wisconsin.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
