How do I cancel?
Just contact us: call or text 262-353-8449, or send a message through our contact form. Because cancelling means handing over your website, hosting, and domain settings, we handle it personally. We'll confirm your cancellation, stop billing after your current paid period, and help move your site wherever you want it so nothing goes offline.
What's the difference between a minor edit and a new project?
Minor edits are quick updates to existing content: hours, prices, photos, text. Bigger changes like new pages, redesigns, or new features are quoted separately, and we'll always tell you up front before any extra cost.
How do I request an edit?
Call, text, or email us. Seriously, that's it. Text 262-353-8449 with what you need and we'll take care of it.
How fast are edits done?
Most minor edits are done within the day.
Does hosting include email?
Email inboxes aren't included in the plan, but we're happy to help you set up and connect business email (like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) to your domain.
